VINTAGE CUSTOM GIBSON ES230 CASINO
This one is very rare indeed. The orange label reads ES-230 TDC “Casino”. A non-official model. This guitar was custom-made in Kalamazoo in the 60’s. Basically a hybrid of a Gibson ES 330 TD and a Epiphone Casino. Burgandy Mist Poly custom color and features a Maestro tremolo tailpiece most common on Epiphone Casinos without the “E” emblem. Professionally repaired and very structurally solid headstock. Original dogear P90s swapped for early 70s Gibson humbuckers, swapped knobs and old Grover replacements. It plays amazing! Fast, low action with a percussive sound indicative to these thin full-hollow guitars. A great candidate for restoration or player-condition survivor. Playing this instrument will say it all..
